Surprise, surprise!<\/p>\n<p>Pacific North-westerners areused to the endless forecasts of grey skies with a chance of precipitation. \u00a0Surprisingly though, there are a lot of people in the Pacific Northwest who do not have adequate flood insurance for their home and belongings.<\/p>\n<p>Protecting your home from the damaging effects of a flood is extremely important. Floods can completely destroy a home. We&#8217;ve all seen it on TV. Who is to say that it can&#8217;t happen to you!<\/p>\n<p>Most homeowner&#8217;s insurance policies do not cover flood insurance. You need a separate flood insurance policy to cover your home from flood damage.
